In accordance with the European legistation requirements (Personal Data Protection’s European Directive, no. 679/2016, also called “GDPR”), the website “www.studiobosaz.it” (hereafter “website”) respects and protects visitors’ and users’ privacy and takes measures to ensure that the users’ right are not violated.
This document also takes into account Recommendation no. 2/2001 that the European authorities adopted to identify the requirements for collecting online personal data.
LEGAL BASIS FOR PROCESSING
Personal Data processed by consent
The data’s provision and the consent to their collection and treatment is optional.
The consent could be denied and also revoked anytime by the user, however denying it could involve the inability to provide services and the navigation’s experience in the App would be compromised.
DATA TYPES PROCESSED
The website does not provide any personal data’s request; however, technologies are involved to storage some user’s data relating to the instruments used.
The personal data we receive from users help us to personalize and continuously improve the website.
The IT systems and software procedures for running the website acquire, during their normal operation and only for the connection’s time, some data whose transmission is implicit in the Internet communication’s protocol.
These informations are not collected to be associated with identified interested parties. Belong to this data’s category:

-browser type and device parameters used to connect to the app.;
-visit’s date and time;
-operating system parameters.

-to meet the national’s requirements and the Community legislation;
-to verify the responsibility in hypothetical computer crimes against the App and for assessments in case of any disputes.
Only data collected for supervisory purposes persist on servers for more than 12 months.
Data provided by the user on his own initiative
The optional, explicit and voluntary email’s transmission to the addresses indicated in this website involves the subsequent sender’s address acquisition, necessary to respond to requests, as well as any other personal data included in the message.
Data from the website Setup
Some data collected by the website (e.g. user data, device used …) may also be used, on the basis of expressed consent, for profiling purposes.
Based on the operating system about the data saved by users’ pc, we report the following:
Microsoft: the data are saved to shared preferences until the client runs “Delete Data” from the Application Manager or uninstalls the application.
Safari: data are saved in the keystore.
The website “www.studiobosaz.it” is not involved in such processing; for more information about storing and deleting data on your pc, please consult your operating system.

Personal data are processed with automated tools only for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which they were collected. Security measures are observed to prevent data loss, illegal or incorrect use and unauthorized access, using software that encrypts the information entered.

Our website don’t communicate, sell, exchange to third parties.

In case of data processing in accordance with legitimate interests, the rights of data subjects to processing are guaranteed (with the exception of the right to portability, which is not provided for by law), in particular the right to oppose processing, which can be exercised by sending a request to the data controller.
